Eligibility and How to Apply

Who can Apply?

A student is eligible if they meet the following criteria:

• Is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Is a student at one of the following DPS schools: East, Lincoln, Manual, North, or West
• Has a strong desire to complete high school and attend college

You must meet at least one of the following criteria:

• You are a first-generation college bound high school student (neither parent has completed a four-year college degree).
• Your family meets the income eligibility requirements as determined by the U.S. Department of Education.

How to Apply

Interested and eligible students should begin by filling out an online interest form. Once we have reviewed your interest form, we will reach out to you directly and provide you with more information and a program application if eligibility requirements are met. After reviewing completed application packets, eligible students will be contacted to schedule a student interview. Parents/guardians will be contacted to schedule a meeting.

We accept applications on an ongoing basis: Applicants may be placed on a waiting list until space is available.
