Research Interests

Synthetic organic chemist utilizing a combination of diverse photochemical reactions, substrates, and reagents to provide an efficient approach to pharmaceutical synthesis under the paradigm of diversity-oriented synthesis. Prior publications focus on organic synthesis, photochemistry, transition metal catalyzed coupling reactions, mechanism elucidation, as well as cascade reactions. Prior publications appear in The Journal of Organic Chemistry, Organic Letters, The Journal of Physical Chemistry A., and Pure and Applied Chemistry.
