Michelle Britt, MBA, is a digital marketing and communications leader with extensive experience in higher education, government, and nonprofit sectors. She currently serves as Director of Digital Marketing & Content Strategy at Metropolitan State University of Denver, where she leads initiatives that enhance the university’s online presence, strengthen brand alignment, and improve user experiences across thousands of webpages. Her career path has included leadership roles at the Oklahoma Tax Commission, the Arts Council of Oklahoma City, and Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, where she built a reputation for aligning strategic vision with creative execution.
Michelle earned her MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma, a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor’s in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Central Michigan University.
Beyond her professional life, Michelle is a new mom who treasures time with her family. She shares her home with a spirited border collie, who often joins her on her favorite hiking trails. A lover of the outdoors, she finds balance and inspiration in Colorado’s landscapes. Michelle is also an amateur potter, finding creativity and mindfulness in shaping clay—sometimes crafting surprise gifts for friends and colleagues.
