Bio

Professor Mark Segall holds a Bachelors in chemistry, a Doctorate in Experimental Psychology which included a major emphasis in statistics, and a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Colorado Denver. Prior to joining MSU Denver, he worked in industry as a software engineer. Professor Segall developed two new courses over the last 5 years. These include a Data Warehouse course and an Advanced Programming seminar (Variable Topic) which covers programming for Mobile Application development. Dr. Segall has also been active on Department (Curriculum, Search, and Assessment), College (Assessment), University (General Studies) committees. . In consultation with his Department Chair, he includes faculty development through continuing professional education as a means of staying current in the field.
