Bio
Maria Alejandra Quijada, I focus on providing the foundation for students' managerial careers, bringing up to date topics into the classroom through experiential exercises and case studies. I want my students to be able to think big and imagine great careers, using the foundation that my classes provide. I am also passionate about the challenges that women, deal with in the workplace. I have organized a yearly conference on Women and Leadership, to focus on supporting women to successfully navigate those additional challenges in the workplace.
