Bio
Currently, I am the Executive Director of Synchronicity Counseling and Consulting Services located in Colorado. I have a variety of training and experience in individual therapy, group counseling, family therapy and coaching, trauma informed interventions, substance use disorders and treatment, and women’s issues. Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to work in behavioral health facilities, day treatment centers, secure residential facilities and community programs. I have presented at various national conferences and have developed educational workshops.Degree

Teaching Interests
I have had excellent opportunities to teach a variety of courses to undergraduate and graduate students over my career. Among the most satisfying experiences for me as a teacher has been instructing students on the engagement and assessment skills needed to be an effective social worker. The textbooks and other literary resources provide students with the necessary theoretical concepts, but the discussions and assignments are where we work together to operationalize these theories into practical tools for client success.
