Bio
Constance Wise has taught at MSCD since 2004 and at other Denver area colleges and universities. She had been a practicing Feminist Wiccan for thirty years and co-founded two Feminist Wiccan covens in Denver. She raised her two children as Wiccans and as adults they are still occasional practitioners. She teaches religious studies, women’s studies, and philosophy at the Metropolitan State College of Denver and other area colleges. Dr. Wise regularly gives “Have altar will travel” introductions to Paganism to colleges and high school classes. Her primary scholarly interest is promoting positive acceptance of religious pluralism.
Educational Biography
Doctorate in Theology and Religious Studies is from the Joint PhD Program of Iliff School of Theology and the University of Denver.
