Chadwick has a PhD in Organizational Development and Leadership (Spring 2025) from the University of Arizona Global. He is a Business & Finance teacher in Denver Public Schools. He also teaches Introduction to Business as concurrent enrollment in high school and as an affiliate faculty at MSU Denver.
