Bio
Bill earned his PhD in communication in 2009 from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania. His research interests include diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); higher education; business ethics and corporate social responsibility; ethics in technology and big data; and privacy. This ties into his teaching in corporate social responsibility.
