Tony is the President/CEO of Innovative Action Consulting LLC. His customers include non-profits, foundations, local governments, private sector single and multifamily housing developers. Services include strategic planning, organizational management, policy analysis & advocacy, business process improvement, team building, Employer Assisted Housing, grant writing and compliance, as well as motivational speaking. In addition, Tony has taught professional leadership development & Advanced Policy Advocacy classes at Metro State University & University of Denver Graduate Schools of Social Work
