Office of Equal Opportunity Staff

Amanda Miracle is the Assistant Director for the Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO). She moved from her hometown of Grand Junction, Colorado, to attend Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2012. As a student at MSU Denver, she worked for First Year Success as a Student Ambassador from 2013-2015. She then joined the Marketing and Communications team in 2015, to be the Student 50th Anniversary Event Coordinator. Amanda graduated from MSU Denver in 2016, with a B.A. in Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management with a concentration in Events. She has been in her current role since 2017. Amanda works closely with the Executive Director of the Office of Equal Opportunity; ADA Coordinator; and Title IX Coordinator. She assists with OEO investigations, coordinates employee required trainings, serves as the primary contact for OEO, ensures smooth operations within the office, and serves on a variety of committees on campus. Amanda enjoys spending her free time in the outdoors and being surrounded by family and friends.
