The Women’s Leadership Conference returned to MSU Denver for its second year, continuing its mission to equip participants with practical tools and insights for navigating the workplace. Originally hosted for six years at Regis University, the conference is now a growing tradition at MSU Denver thanks to the leadership of Dr. Maria Quijada from the Department of Management.

This year’s theme focused on building essential leadership skills. Topics included emotional intelligence, courage, creativity, conflict management, and negotiation. These are core areas that contribute to effective and empathetic leadership. The day-long event also offered breakfast and lunch, giving attendees valuable time to network and reflect on the presentations with peers and professionals.
