Nominations are open for the 2024 Roadrunners Who Soar Awards and the Team Roadrunner Awards, honoring outstanding individuals and cohesive, high-performing teams.
The 2024 nomination form has been significantly streamlined to encourage recognition of outstanding employees and teams. Employees are encouraged to nominate their extraordinary colleagues for either an individual Soar Award or a Team Roadrunner Award by Dec. 15.
The Soar Awards recognize individual employees who are living Metropolitan State University of Denver’s CADRE (Community, Access, Diversity, Respect, Excellence) values and supporting student success. Faculty members, staff members, administrators, hourly employees and student employees are eligible. Learn more on the Roadrunners Who Soar webpage.
Team Roadrunner Awards
This award honors teams that exemplify effective and equitable working dynamics. Nominees should foster positive professional environments where all members feel supported and valued. These teams should model collaboration and mutual accountability, creating spaces in which all members have opportunities to innovate and shine. Learn more on the Roadrunners Who Soar webpage.
Winners and their nominators will receive invitations to the Roadrunners Who Soar Awards Ceremony on April 4.
