Workday Student is coming soon!

Workday Student is coming soon! We are aligning the system to meet the needs of the MSU Denver community, creating a more connected experience for students, faculty, and staff. Here’s how we’re helping you prepare for a smooth transition.

What is readiness?

Navigating Change with a Growth Mindset

Readiness means understanding what’s changing and having the tools and support to adapt. We’re embracing a growth mindset to prepare for this change. That means we are embracing the changes that Workday brings, staying open to learning new things, and focusing on progress over perfection. Here’s how you can support this work:

  • Departments: Learn how new processes affect roles, policies, and workflows. Be ready to explain changes and guide students through the transition.
  • Individuals: Understand what’s changing for you, complete training, and know where to find help.

We’re focused on being clear and transparent in communicating what’s changing and how to get ready, aligning support resources to how you work and support students, and building confidence in using the system.

Resources for every role

We’re committed to making sure every part of our campus community has what they need for success. Over the coming months, we’ll share resources designed for:

  • Students
  • Advisors
  • Faculty
  • Registrar’s Office
  • Program administrators and support staff
  • Admissions Office
  • Student Financials
  • Financial Aid Office

Workday is designed to evolve, so learning will be ongoing and abilities will grow over time.

Upcoming activities

Here’s what to expect as we move closer to launch:
