MSU Denver

Welcome Back, Roadrunners!

Whether you are a new or returning student to MSU Denver, the start of a new semester is an exciting time on the Auraria Campus.

Welcome Week festivities take place during the first week of each semester, and provide an opportunity to build Roadrunner pride, meet other students, and get connected to various campus resources and programs.

We hope you will make time to join us under the big tent on the Jordan Student Success Building (JSSB) lawn daily for some FREE food, to play some games, pick up some swag and network with various departments across campus. We’ll have coffee and donuts, BBQ, ice cream, free t-shirts, cornhole and more!

If that isn’t enough, join the Center for Multicultural Engagement and Inclusion (CMEI) for a Student Engagement Fair, a Welcome BBQ and Movie Night!

MSU Denver’s Peer Mentors will also be tabling around campus throughout the first two weeks of class. Be sure to stop and introduce yourself (they’re Roadrunner students, just like you), and they can give you some tips on how to maximize your time as a Roadrunner!

*All events are FREE for MSU Denver students

Peer Mentors strive to enhance the overall student experience through peer-to-peer support. They work to connect students to campus resources, while also helping to build a community and support network for fellow Roadrunners.
