The Votes Are In: CBUS Sticker Contest Winners Revealed

Another year, another sticker designing competition for our brand management students.

Welcome to the College of Business at MSU Denver, where students not only receive a high-quality education, but also get ample opportunity to get hands-on experience in their desired fields.

For the third year in a row, CBUS has partnered with Sticker Giant, a sticker and label making company located in Colorado, in order to bring students’ visions to life – free of charge and fully sponsored by Sticker Giant themselves!

Students from Dr. Sally Baalbaki-Yassine’s Brand Management class are encouraged to enter this competition where they create stickers relating to CBUS, making sure they test their abilities to get creative while staying on brand with our school’s vision, mission, and colors of course!

A majority of this class participated and submitted their creations by October 31st. After that, the polls were open.

Voting started at the faculty level, who narrowed down their choices to 11 of their favorite designs.

After that, Marketing Coordinator for the College of Business, Lindsey Wadle, as well as a couple of our amazing advisors tabled for two days in a row in the Admin Lobby, collecting people’s votes in person and also on social media through our Instagram, and virtually through a survey! Students were excited, both encouraging their peers and families to vote for their designs, as well as seeing what the general public preferred.

Voting was open for about a week, and after the results came through, representatives from Sticker Giant, specifically Kaitlyn Bowers, met with Lindsey Wadle and Dr. Sally Baalbaki-Yassine, to discuss technicalities about printing, fonts, sizes, colors, and more.

Each of our winners will get the incredible opportunity of visiting Sticker Giant’s factory and watch their stickers get printed live. They will also get the recognition of having their stickers as part of our college branding for many years to come. Stickers will be available for distribution in Spring 2026 so stay tuned if you want your own!
