What is the NCHA?
The American College Health Association administers the National College Health Assessment (NCHA), which is a nationally recognized research assessment that assists in collecting precise data about students’ health habits, behaviors, and perceptions. This data helps our campus leaders better understand how to support our students and make necessary improvements to campus resources, systems, programming, and support for our students!
The assessment covers the following topics:
- Alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use
- Sexual health
- Weight, nutrition, and exercise
- Mental health
- Personal safety and violence
All students who submit a survey will be automatically entered in a random drawing for an opportunity to win:
One of two Dell Latitude laptops
One of six annual RTD passes
One of 40 $25 Amazon gift cards
One of two one-hour personal training sessions at Campus Recreation
