What is the Soar award?
The Soar Award is the University’s pinnacle individual award and celebrates employees who:
- Live and model the CADRE values of Community, Access, Diversity, Respect and Excellence
- Positively impact student and/or employee success
- Are high performers who have a significant impact on the success of their teams, offices and departments
- Are excellent ambassadors for MSU Denver

Who's Eligible?
All employees, including faculty members, staff members, administrators, hourly employees and student employees, are eligible to be nominated.
Nomination Information
Nominators must outline how nominees are modeling each CADRE value and should share specific examples of their nominee’s work, efforts and accomplishments.
