The nutrition minor at Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver) provides a basic understanding of nutrition that can be applied to a variety of majors and career paths, as well as to a student’s lifelong health and well-being. It is designed to complement any major of the student’s choosing. As a nutrition minor, you can take advantage of the following unique opportunities:
