Bullying in the Workplace Policy

Brief Description

Approved By: MSU Denver President

Purpose: This policy prohibits bullying in the MSU Denver workplace.

Scope: This policy applies to all MSU Denver employees including administrators, classified staff, exempt staff, faculty, and student employees. This policy and the procedures set forth herein only apply to bullying behavior and bullying complaints. Any other complaints involving staff and administrators shall be handled under the Complaints by Administrators and Staff Policy or the Prohibition of Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Title IX Violations, and Retaliation Policy.
