Brief Description

Purpose: This policy establishes standards for the accessibility of web-based information and services considered necessary to meet this goal and to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. § 794 (d)) and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) require that the University’s programs, activities, and services, including those provided through the web, be accessible to individuals with disabilities.
Scope: This policy applies to all official web content and associated, web-based services developed by or for a college, school, department, program, or other unit of MSU Denver.
