The College of Business successfully launched its new Faculty Onboarding Program, designed to support and integrate new faculty into the college community. This initiative reflects the college’s strong commitment to faculty success by providing a structured and engaging experience that introduces participants to the college’s culture, processes, and strategic priorities, while connecting them with tools, resources, and professional networks to support their success.

The program consisted of six sessions delivered over the first academic year. The sessions were designed as interactive workshops, panel discussions, and hands-on activities led by CBUS leadership. The program brought together both first- and second-year faculty, including tenure-track (TT) and non-tenure-track (NTT) participants, fostering connection and collaboration across ranks.

Congratulations to the Faculty that Completed the Onboarding Program!
