The College of Business’ Pi Sigma Epsilon (PSE) Eta Upsilon chapter has had a standout semester, setting new records, strengthening its culture, and welcoming its largest class of new members yet!

What began as a small but ambitious group of 12 students has grown into a powerhouse of energy, leadership, and collaboration. This fall, the chapter recruited 29 new members, marking this their largest class yet. A major milestone for the organization, which was chartered at MSU Denver in 2021.

The team kicked off the semester with its first-ever week-long recruitment event, filled with opportunities for connection and community, from an engaging “Info Night” and alumni panel to a game night and interviews. Each event reflected the group’s growing confidence and creativity.

“I’m incredibly proud of my team for their relentless effort this recruitment season. Thank you for connecting with others, sharing our mission, and showing how we create lasting value through what we do. Our passion and dedication have transformed challenges into growth and potential into progress. This is only the beginning. We’ll continue pushing boundaries, creating opportunities, and setting a new standard for what’s next.” – Kally Nguyen, President of MSU Denver’s Chapter of Pi Sigma Epsilon.

That sense of progress was clear at their Fall 2025 initiation ceremony, where the chapter officially welcomed its newest members. Many of the new members shared their excitement about joining a chapter that emphasizes leadership, professional development, and community. Each new member received a certificate of initiation and a PSE pin, symbolizing their formal entry into the organization. Officers and active members led the ceremony with pride, creating a warm, welcoming, and inspiring experience for everyone in attendance.

“It’s amazing to see how far we’ve come in such a short time,” said Genevie Webster, Vice President of Human Resources for MSU Denver’s Chapter of Pi Sigma Epsilon. “Seeing our team’s hard work pay off and welcoming so many driven new members has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my college career.”
