MSU Denver welcomed 90 senior real estate students from Littleton Public Schools’ EPIC Campus for an exclusive look into our Real Estate Program. Under the guidance of the EPIC Campus’s real estate teacher, Carla Thomas, the students got the chance to explore MSU Denver’s program, learn about career paths in real estate, and connect with faculty and staff.

The visits were divided into three smaller groups of around 30 students each, scheduled for October 3rd, 24th, and 27th. Jeff Peshut, Assistant Professor of Finance (Real Estate) and Director of Real Estate, is coordinating the sessions.

We’re excited to give these future real estate leaders a firsthand glimpse of what MSU Denver has to offer and inspire the next generation of business professionals.

“We’re grateful to Carla Thomas for her interest in MSU Denver’s Real Estate Program and excited to share with her real estate students what MSU Denver has to offer,” Peshut said.

During each visit, Professor Peshut will deliver a presentation titled Career Paths, Companies in Colorado and Core Competencies in Real Estate and provide an overview of MSU Denver’s B.S. in Real Estate and Real Estate Minor.  He’ll also provide EPIC Campus real estate students with information about prior learning credits available at MSU Denver for students who obtain their Colorado Real Estate Broker’s License.
