Latino Faculty and Staff Association- LFSA

The purpose of this organization shall be:

1. To facilitate and assist in the development and continuation of the organization in order to address the interests of the Latin@ community at Metropolitan State University of Denver.

2. To promote faculty and staff mentorship with students to ensure retention of Latin@ students at MSU Denver.

3. To ensure that essential support services are accessible to Latin@ students through connection and referrals.

4. To develop and maintain a communication network between LFSA at MSU Denver and surrounding Metro Denver community.

5. To foster unity and cooperation among all Latinos within the MSU Denver Campus and surrounding Metro Denver community.
