The conference registration fees are the following:
Early Bird (November 2027- February 26, 2027 by 5:00pm):
- Student fee is $210
- Faculty/Staff fee is $230
Regular Registration (February 27, 2027 after 5:00pm- March 26, 2027):
- Student fee is $225
- Faculty/Staff fee is $250

SpringHill Suites Denver Downtown for 199.00 USD per night -Last Day to Book : Monday, March 03, 2027-Reserve lodging here!
- If staying at the campus hotel, valet parking is available for $49/day. There is no overnight parking on campus so please plan accordingly.
- If you have questions about receipts or group reservations please reach out to Maya Sousa ([email protected]) at Springhill and she will assist.
We do not have another room block reserved, but we do have some suggested hotels that are close.

- Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station-Reserve lodging here
Requests for conference registration fee refund must be RECEIVED at [email protected] by:
- March 4, 2025 – Full refund, less a $50 per person administrative fee
- March 17, 2025 – 50% refund, less a $50 per person administrative fee
- After March 17, 2025– No Refunds
Refunds will be issued approximately 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the conference.
