The conference registration fees are the following:
Early Bird (November 2026- February 26, 2027 by 5:00pm):
- Student fee is $210
- Faculty/Staff fee is $230
Regular Registration (February 27, 2027 after 5:00pm- March 26, 2027):
- Student fee is $225
- Faculty/Staff fee is $250
Requests for conference registration fee refund must be RECEIVED at [email protected] by:
- Before March 1, 2027 – Full refund, less a $50 per person administrative fee
- March 2- March 15, 2027 – 50% refund, less a $50 per person administrative fee
- After March 15, 2027– No Refunds
Refunds will be issued approximately 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the conference.
