Bio

Teri Slick was born in South Korea and adopted into an American family as a toddler. Having grown up in a college town in West Lafayette, IN, she has grown to love working in higher education.

She has an undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Humanities (concentrations in music, education, and English) from Michigan State University She also has a graduate degree in Student Affairs Administration also from Michigan State University.

She is one of two Arts Area Professional Advisors who works with students pursuing majors and minors within the arts, music, theatre & dance areas. She has more than 20 years of experience within the higher education setting and has worked at multiple universities advising for a wide-ranging group of academic interests including education, pre-med, information sciences, interdiscplinary studies and arts.
