She is the co-designer of Culture Goggles, a culture tool that uses levity to facilitate hard conversations by neutralizing power dynamics during discussions. Rhoda provides executive coaching on entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership. She is an Ice House Certified Entrepreneurial Mindset Facilitator through the Entrepreneurial Learning Initiative.
