Research Interests

Although her main interest remains Spanish Medieval and Golden Age Literature, she has been researching the field of contemporary Spanish women poets from Galicia.

During her tenure at Metro she has developed a strong interest in pedagogy and methodology's theory and research.

Teaching Interests

Dr. Rey-López has taught all levels of Spanish at the university level. Since working at Metro her teaching interests have concentrated around Peninsular Literature.
She also coordinates a Study Abroad Summer Program in Santiago de Compostela, Spain.
