Bio
I am a 23 year veteran (full professor) in Communication Arts and Sciences at MSUD. I have taught at 11 universities and colleges, twice tenured during 43 years of teaching. I have published two books, several book chapters and articles. I have 30 plus years of experience as a trainer/consultant with major corporations, non profits and state/federal government agencies. I am married to a Ph.D. nuclear engineer with two adult children, both professors at major universities.

Research Interests
My research includes organizational emotional capability, online learning, collaboration, health/medical communication, and environmental communication practices.
Teaching Interests
I create and teach courses in Organizational Communication, Communication Theory, and Rhetoric and Public Address. Currently, my focus is organizational communications( High Performance Teams, leadership, dispute resolution/negotiations, change, consulting and training.
