Ms. Chen instructions the business core Foundations of Information Systems course. She has extensive professional experience in the Information Systems/Technology field. and has recently completed a number of professional certifications. Most recently, her job as a Software Adoption Specialist included the following duties: Process Improvement, Consultation & Decision Support where she provides consultation to requestors on software decisions and explore existing solutions to save costs and avoid duplication, Training & Guidance: Provide training to improve technology solutions and data reviews, while encouraging requestors to use existing software to save budget, Policy & Change Management: Stay updated on organizational initiatives and policies, communicate changes, and implement as needed, Ticket & Inquiry Management: Maintain and monitor tickets in ServiceNow, addressing them promptly for smooth operations and customer satisfaction, among many others.
