Jacob has international experiences in his major area of operations management. He worked in the biotechnology industry in South Korea before he studied and taught operations management courses in Canada and the USA now.

Research Interests

His research centers on service management particularly in resources and strategies for service quality and customer satisfaction in e-service operations.

Teaching Interests

He uses his industrial experiences for his class of operations management and organizational management. This increases applicability of class knowledge to students.
