Bio

Darlene Eckhardt, is a part-time Affiliate Faculty member for the Department of Accounting at MSU Denver. She earned her Master of Science in Accounting (MAcc) from Western Governors University and holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in Colorado. She has 15+ years of progressive experience that spans finance, accounting, tax, and compliance for both public and nonprofit governmental entities. In addition to teaching, she continues to work for MSU Denver’s Office of the Controller’s Office, where she's engaged with accounting systems and supports the university’s financial operations.
