Cynthia Sutton

Bio

Dr. Cindy Sutton has worked for several organizations (such as Hewlett-Packard) and consulted for organizations (such as the Colorado State Forestry Service). Her leadership positions include serving as the Assistant Chair of the Management Department, co-chairing RTP, PTR, and chairing search committees These experiences and her scholarly activities provide relevant examples to help her students apply the concepts discussed in her Organizational Management course.

Much of Dr. Sutton’s workshops and research address job values, strategic human resource management, strategic use of the internet and social media, managerial skills, assessment of learning, learning styles, and generational differences of employees.
