Andy Proctor has been a practitioner in the field of affordable housing for over 27 years. He has held leadership positions at the State of Colorado and the City of Boulder as well as the for-profit financial sector. Andy is principal of Proctor Housing, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in affordable housing with a wide range of clients. He also volunteers at the Denver Downtown Aquarium. Andy received his Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Colorado, Denver.
