At the University Policy Advisory Council meeting March 2, the Office of University Advancement presented proposed revisions to the Board of Trustees’ Naming of Facilities, Endowed Positions and Honorary Grants Policy. The proposal adds guidance on naming a deanship or directorship as an opportunity for giving. The revisions reflect current fundraising efforts and were recommended by an external consultant to align with minimum gift amounts for other naming rights already included in the policy.
