Metropolitan State University of Denver Leadership and Organizational Engagement is proud to announce the spring offering for LEAD, a leadership-development cohort program.

The purpose of this program is to engage our leaders’ hearts and minds to make MSU Denver the place where employees want to be and feel they belong, in alignment with the 2030 Strategic Plan and University mission, vision and core CADRE (Community, Access, Dedication, Respect, Excellence) values.

This program will include partnering with content experts across our University community to provide access to knowledge and tools for leaders. Topics and conversations will include leadership styles, DEI and developing a healthy and empowered team culture.
