Finding work-life balance takes mindfulness and effort. Author John Holland notes that when determining rational decisions, there must be a state of balance among emotional, mental, physical and spiritual processes. Therefore, the Professional Development Conference team is proud to announce this year’s theme event: Work-Life in Balance.
