University policies help to align operations with strategic goals and community values. University policy recommendations are shared with the MSU Denver community and President’s Cabinet before review for approval by the MSU Denver Board of Trustees for governance policies and the MSU Denver president for operational policies.

The council will discuss the following presidential policies:

  • Advanced Funding for Research Projects 
  • Email and Electronic Communications Security 
  • Survey Management 
  • University Closure due to Weather or Other Emergency
