Metropolitan State University of Denver’s Human Resources and Information Technology Services teams recently purchased and installed Azure, a new single-sign-on login system for PeopleAdmin. The change in systems is a response to users who reported login problems with PeopleAdmin, the University’s talent-management software, some of which took up to 48 hours to troubleshoot.
Azure offers a similar login screen and interface to PeopleAdmin; however, users must select the SSO authentication link at the bottom of the screen. This redirects users to log in with the double-authentication system.
There is also an option to click on the green text that says “login using SSO.”
HR recommends that users clear cookies if login problems still arise. To learn more, please visit the ITS Client Portal.
