After seeing hordes of women leave the workforce during the “Shecession” in 2020, and the continued Great Resignation in 2021, the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce and TARRA, an entrepreneurial women’s network, have sought to explore the issues through expert commentary and discussion in their Executive Roundtable Conversation Series. The final session of the series will culminate with an in-depth review of lessons learned and a proposal for solutions at the State of Women in Business Summit.

The Data Deep Dive, an analysis of relevant trends and themes that have gained prominence throughout the discussions, will be presented by MSU Denver President Janine Davidson, Ph.D., and Annie Butler, Ph.D., chair and professor, MSU Denver Human Services and Counseling.
