All professional and administrative staff members are required to participate in the annual performance-management process. Any hourly or part-time staff members who would like to participate in performance management are invited to follow up with their supervisor.

The performance-management process provides an opportunity for staff members to receive feedback and support for ongoing growth and development. The process helps identify goals and progress and celebrates employees’ accomplishments.

To improve the process, all staff members — especially supervisors — will have opportunities for training and to access resources.

Register for the Performance Management Review workshop

May 24, 1-3 p.m.

Please note this workshop is designed for administrators and staff members. Other resources are available for deans, chairs, student employees, classified staff members and faculty members.
