Metropolitan State University of Denver faculty and staff members will receive an email today with a link and instructions to complete department-chair evaluations for the 2022-23 academic year. These individualized links provide faculty and staff members with the opportunity to share feedback and insight on their experience with their department chair.
Feedback is confidential and will be leveraged by chairs and deans to assist with self-reflection and the strengthening of department culture, belonging, and faculty and staff well-being. Chair evaluations will be open until March 10. Responses will then be organized by Sean Petranovich, Ph.D., director of Data and Analytics, and the Business Intelligence team and will be subsequently packaged for review.
