All Metropolitan State University of Denver professional- and administrative-staff members are invited to participate in the annual performance-management process.  

Performance management provides an opportunity for staff members to receive feedback and support for ongoing growth and development. Within this process, employees can identify their goals and progress and celebrate accomplishments. 

Please note that this evaluation process is specific to professional- and administrative-staff members, as other evaluation processes exist for deans, chairs, student employees, classified staff members and faculty members. Hourly and part-time staff members who would like to participate in performance management should contact their supervisor. 

All staff members, especially supervisors, will have opportunities to engage in training and access resources for support. 

Performance Management Review Workshops

In preparation for the end-of-year evaluation: 

  • All staff members should have outlined goals with their supervisor using the SMART goal sheet. 
  • Evaluations are due in June.  
  • Forms are being updated for the 2021-22 year and will be available in June.
