Spring 2026 marked the second semester of the CBUS Student Ambassador Program, bringing even more excitement and engagement to our campus community.

The first ever meeting was filled with fun and productive activities. We all gathered and got to know one another, received some CBUS swag, and had meaningful conversations about our vision for this program and what we would like to do within it. The ambassadors also were the ones interviewing one another which gave everyone more of a chance to get to know their peers. Lindsey Wadle, CBUS’s Marketing Coordinator and the brains behind the program, also took the liberty of creating a profile for each ambassador on our CBUS website. This first meeting also offered the ambassadors free headshots!

The following big event for the CBUS Student Ambassadors was the launch of their very first official event for the College of Business: Coffee and Crafts with the Ambassadors.

Held in the Admin Lobby, the event brought students together in a relaxed, creative setting designed to foster connection and community. Throughout the day, students dropped in to enjoy coffee and snacks, meet the CBUS Ambassadors, and connect with peers in a welcoming, come-as-you-are environment at the heart of campus.

The highlight of the event was tote bag decorating, where students had the opportunity to create something uniquely their own. From bold graphics to simple CBUS-inspired designs, every tote became a reflection of student creativity and individuality. To add a little friendly competition, students could submit their designs for a chance to win a $50 Amazon gift card.
