Structural and stratigraphic controls on siliciclastic deposition, Cretaceous Western Interior of North America; engineering geology of the Colorado Front Range; "speaking geology" as a second language: multilingual strategies in teaching/learning geosciences; multiple intelligences applied to geosciences; geoscience education.
