Catherine Curran, professor of Speech, Language, Hearing Sciences, came to MSU Denver in August 1993. She has also worked as speech-language pathologist in a variety of educational and clinical settings.

Research Interests

Catherine Curran's scholarship activities have addressed narrative assessment/intervention, bilingual language acquisition, social communication development, expository language instruction, supervision and undergraduate pedagogy in communication sciences.

Teaching Interests

Catherine Curran teaches coursework in language development, child language disorders and phonetics. She also teaches clinical preparation coursework and coordinates the speech-language pathology assistant program at MSU Denver.
