The Colorado Council of Graduate Schools (Colorado CGS) was conceived in Fall 2014 and started its first meeting, including all 12 Public Universities in the State of Colorado, in Spring 2016. Meanwhile, some private universities have joined as well. Some schools offer only a few graduate degree programs; others have rather large graduate schools, and it is the power of diversity and the collegial exchange of best practices that make the Colorado Council of Graduate Schools such a valuable enterprise.

The Council meets twice a year, once in Fall (October) and once in Spring (April), at one of the centrally located Schools, and those who cannot attend the meeting in person are welcome to join via Skype or Zoom.
