Bio
Dea Robinson has been in the executive healthcare operations and physician practice strategy field for over 25 years. She is a speaker, writer and researcher on various topics related to healthcare organization culture, moral distress, and burnout. Dr. Robinson received her PhD in Organizational Learning, Performance and Change at Colorado State University. Her dissertation study was on physician burnout, engagement and social support. She received her Master’s Degree in Communication at University of Colorado-Denver, and her Baccalaureate degree from the University of Arizona. Dea is an active Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives and serves on various national and local healthcare advisory boards.
