Biography

Dr. Steve Rissman is a naturopathic physician, having earned his ND from Bastyr University in 1996. He has developed the only Men’s Health academic program in the nation. He is also the lead teacher for Clinical Pathophysiology, which he has taught for more than 15 years.
Dr. Rissman has a private practice, working specifically with men and boys.
Having grown up on a farm and spending a great deal of time outdoors, Dr. Rissman has a deeply rooted curiosity for the laws of nature, particularly the science of disease process.

Research Interests

    Dr. Rissman's writings center on men's experience of disease, anger issues in men, anxiety in men, and other topics related to men's health.
